Ok, the supplier could claim that the goods were damaged by the courier company. they could also claim that the goods were mishandled by the port handling workers. How could they refuse responsibility for the condition of the parts inside the fan coils. The supplier advise us not to return the goods because UPS was going to accept responsibility. Of course, they did not. We left with damaged goods inside out, a 300 dollars compensation and a financial damage of 1600 dollars. Finally, cheap is always expensive. I would definitely not buy any goods or services from this supplier.
